Black on black trend.

Since dying my hair bright red I have found it difficult to wear anything that isn’t black. However, I have been playing around with my clothes to keep it interesting and without looking like I am going to a funeral…

This cute crop top was created by RockOnRuby. (@Rockonrubyxx)The statement is pretty candid yet playful, which most girlies would agree! I like the cut of the material and it hugs to your body shape. If you check out their site, there are many more quoted t-shirts!

Jewellery – The necklace I am wearing is beautifully handmade by Urban Cult. I instantly wanted the amethyst crystal as it is purple (of course!) but also because it has a grunge look about it. (Which I LOVE and is completely in fashion). It is so quirky and individual too. Check out their online store, or even their instagram (@urbancultjewellery) for tempting pictures! All at an affordable price.
I like buying from up and coming business’ as it makes the product feel more unique.image

I got two of my rings from Affleck’s Palace in Manchester (two for £18. Bargain!) – The handmade ‘Joy’ entwined silver ring and the purple amethyst wire ring. (*L)

The ruby-red gem and silver ring was from London’s Shoreditch markets, by Brick lane. A little reminder of my trip!
The silver Celtic ring was bought for me by the mother on my 18th birthday. ☺️

The clutch bag I have below is from Topshop. I originally bought it for my IPad as it is nicely cushioned, but it was so beautiful that I had to use it as a bag. It is made by Skinny Dip London and they have loadssss of other items for your phone and IPads. There are also many stunning clutch bags available! Stylish AND kooky. It is a little bit more on the pricey side, but what can you do when It’s love at first sight?! 😄 (I will not be to fault for ones spending!).

A piece of item I have been on the lookout for is leather pants. With my bottom half being slightly bigger than my top half, I have always had trouble in finding trousers that don’t make me look ‘chunky’. Especially leather!! But I would not let this defeat me and my look for leather ended about a week ago. These are high waisted, which flatters both the stomach and bottom area. The back pockets are not too high (because that always ruins the final look) and they are straight down which again, flatters the legs. These are also a Topshop treat! However, I got them at a sale price. Winning.

My chelsea boots are from River Island. I am always in heels of some sort. These are chunky enough and durable for everyday use. Fashion is a must but so is comfort! I see these lasting a long while.
