Fitness First – COMPETITION!

image

A few weeks back I got the chance to visit Fitness First, the Bishopsgate branch, for a blogger event that I couldn’t refuse.

As a sporty girl, and in the height of marathon training, I was trialling out anything that would promote my fitness wellbeing. Plus I had never even tried an aqua aerobics class before; there could only be benefits!

Fitness First have always been up to date with their equipment, but seeing the building so fresh and new had me excited to get stuck right in. The pool was relatively small, but for a London city centre gym, you’re getting a great deal! It is a great size for training lengths, and as I am looking at doing a triathlon in the near future, it is one that I would come back to.

On the evening, I got to meet some amazing bloggers and we all had a right laugh in the pool, hanging out in huge avocado and flamingo inflatables, cocktail in tow (only the one I may add!)

Our class was instructed by one of the personal trainers for Fitness First and she was just brilliant. Very helpful, fun and informative, which got us all in the spirit of working out in the pool! Taking a few photographs along the way.

The facilities were great and it is in a great location, so if you are looking at joining a gym, I have just the gift for you…

Wanting to trial out Fitness First? Here is your chance to win a one week gym pass for Bishopsgate (or a Fitness First near you) which will get you moving towards your fitness goals!

Visit my Twitter or Instagram for more details! You never know, it could be the gym for you.
